Someone's worst nightmare....

I just found out about someone's worst nightmare coming true last Thursday in Kentucky. A mother and her three children, ages 7,6, an 1 were driving to school Thursday morning to drop off the two older children when a semi hit them head on. They were all killed. All four of them. The husband and father was left alone in this world without his other half and his babies. I can't imagine the feelings he's having.

They were a Christian family but how can you not be angry with God for taking your family away. I know it's wrong but I would be. I know that God expects us to be upset with Him when bad things happen even though it is selfish and wrong. He only acts in our best interest but sometimes that's got to be hard to accept in a situation like this.
We know that He is genuinely trustworthy and that His love is no less than perfect. It's easy to point out others flaws and mistakes but God has no flaws and makes no mistakes so when something bad happens we can't presume that God can't bring good out of it.

I know there aren't very many that read this blog but those who do I know you will begin to pray for this man, Curtis Wise, who lost his family last week. This is the link to the news report.... http://www.wkyt.com/home/headlines/7186126.html

"The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18

"The unfailing love of the LORD never ends! By his mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each day. I say to myself, 'The LORD is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!'
The LORD is wonderfully good to those who wait for him and seek him. So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the LORD.
For the Lord does not abandon anyone forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion according to the greatness of his unfailing love." Lamentations 3:22-26; 31-32

May God Bless You and Keep You......
