I'm pleased to say that the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, had a great homeccming parade for an entire unit and it got the kind of coverage and generated the kind of support we're talking about here. This is a very moving video. During those sad images it is really sad to think that the majority of people wanting to "quit" without victory would say it was all for nothing, but the soldiers know better. We unfortunately have about a 30 minute attention span in America. It's almost like those who think we need to quit are saying. "Whoa, we didn't know they would shoot back." It's easy to say this from the safety of home, but I've spoken with many troops and they see it differently than the media and most of those now leading in DC. Great post!
