Today is my hubby's birthday.
He looked at me this morning and said 'just call me Vick'. I was like...'what?' and laughed. Because of the Vicks 44 cough syrup. He's 44 years old. Get it? Ok...so it doesn't take much to entertain us.
Yesterday we got an anniversary card and then he got a birthday card too from the adult pastor at our church. The first one said all the sweet things and 'Happy Anniversary'. The second? 'Inquiring minds want to know...whose idea was it to get married so close to your birthday?' ha! I can't remember why we did that. It just sounded like a good date I guess!
I've added a song that I just heard this morning on the Martina McBride Waking Up Laughing cd and I've fallen in love with this song. I should've added it yesteray for our anniversary but the two days run together so it's just as special. I bought the cd for the song Anyway...in case you've never heard it look it up and listen to it. It could change your life! LOVE that song.
Anyway, this song I'll Still Be Me... for you Ben. My 44 year old husband of 15 years that still makes my heart pitter patter when I see him walk in the door from work. And he probably has no idea. So honey you still make my heart go pitter patter. Love you! And don't ever color your hair. It's distinguished on a man. That makes my heart go pitter patter too.
