I could live in just about every house I see in those magazines.
I have a problem with deciding what I want MY home to look like, however. I
could be considered a minimalist...but I like having a haven full of warm
happy treasures around me too.
I think about how much more I have to clean the more I have around me though. I like having less clutter. There is so much (clutter) in the boys rooms that I tend to have less in the rest of the house. I just want to have simple things around me and when I've got a lot of clutter (treasures or not) I tend to feel out of control. I've been trying to simplify for YEARS! I do a good job of it for a while and get rid of the things that I don't need or use then I go into my closet and see a skirt that I KNOW I'll be wearing this summer once I lose 10 pounds.
That skirts been in there for a looooong time.

I guess I'll just keep going through my house and putting things out that I loveand then taking them away again a few weeks later.
