A 4th graders letter for English....by Owen.

Dear Mom,
I'm so sad that I moved away. I will come back. I hope you're ok. I miss you so much. I wish I was with you. How is your food?

Sincerily,
Henry

He's so sweet. Worried about his mom like that. And her food. But who is Henry?

Another Year Older....Everybodys Aging

You know you're getting old when you get up in the morning and your bones feel like they're about to snap. I got on the elliptical thinking the exercise would help, and it did...some, but I probably should have stretched first. Ugh. I'm getting old.

Today is Owen's first full day of school! Yay!!! I'm so happy to be getting back into a routine! And he loves his teacher so that's even better. Of course, in the not so distant future I'm sure he'll be waking up with the same complaints we have every year..."I'm too tired to go to school" "Mom I've got an idea, why don't you HOMESCHOOL me" to which I will CHEERFULLY reply as always...."not in a million years". Is that bad?
